Yes, as Tommy Christopher of AOL reported today, Karl Rove did send me a thank you on twitter yesterday. The reason you didn’t hear about it here is that I wasn’t completely comfortable sharing it publicly because he sent the little thank you through a direct message on Twitter. Which means he may not have wanted it shared publicly. So, if I didn’t post it you may be asking “how did Tommy Christopher end up with it?”. Well, despite what his post may imply, I met Tommy at CPAC and we talk from time to time. And when I got
The Associated Press is reporting that the lobbyist the New York Times insinuated had an affair with John McCain (here is some background information on the NYT piece) has filed suit against the paper to the tune of $27 million: A Washington lobbyist sued The New York Times for $27 million Tuesday over an article that she says gave the false impression she had an affair with Sen. Sarah Palin will be campaigning for Saxby Chambliss on Sunday and throughout next week in Georgia. Sarah’s massive popularity in Georgia should give Chambliss’ run-off campaign an energy boost. And while Palin isn’t the only big name Republican to turn out for Chambliss, others include Huckabee, Romney, and McCain, she is most certainly the brightest star at this point. First and foremost is the case of this video from Students for Life of America where they get Planned Parenthood to admit that they perform infanticide: Please donate to them and help Students for Life fight infanticide and abortion if you are able. The second case of shocking degradation is brought to us by our old media friends at the Los Angeles Times. You see, the LA Times happens to have a tape of Barack Obama giving a toast to terrorist mouthpiece Rashid Khalidi during a farewell diner in Khalidi’s honor back in 2003. Sounds like a huge news story
